As a recent graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Food Science and Technology from Al-Azhar University, Cairo, I have also completed several specialized training courses in food safety, including HACCP, ISO 22000, ISO 9001, FSSC v6, Catering, Nutrition (from Zewail City), English (from AUC), and Occupational Health and Safety Basics. During my studies, I focused on developing my skills in quality control and food safety through hands-on projects and participation in specialized workshops. I have a deep understanding of international standards such as ISO 9001 and ISO 22000, and I am confident in my ability to apply them in a professional setting to ensure compliance with local and international regulations. Additionally, I have gained practical insights through field visits to several food companies, including Juhayna, Brigo, Faragalla, Nile Sugar Industry, and Bisco Misr.
